Our Goals
a. To provide assistance to any who seek help whether physical or spiritual.
b. To support those who would seek to serve the needs of others whether physically, or mentally or morally or spiritually
c. To provide the means for people to have more ready access to the Bible or portions of it.
d. To distribute Bibles or Scripture portions to whoever might desire copies.
What We Believe
1. Scripture
We believe that the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments of the Bible comprise the complete canon of Scripture, written by men and inspired by the Holy Spirit, and as such are the Word of God, are inerrant in the original documents, and are trustworthy in all matters of life.
2. God
We believe that there is but one living and true God, all powerful, all knowing, everywhere present, unchangeable, eternally existing in three persons the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are of one essence, equal in power and glory.
3. Man
We believe that the first man was created in the image of God, but chose to disobey God and thus marred that image, and as a consequence all men inherited that fallen nature and became sinners. Thus all people incurred God's righteous judgement of physical and spiritual death. All people are lost and separated from God apart from the salvation that is offered through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. All people are eternal and shall spend eternity either under the judgement of God, separated from Him, or in God's presence in glory.
4. Salvation
We believe that a person is saved from the guilt and consequences of sin, by the grace of God, as a person comes to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, repenting of their sins, and believing that His death on the cross as a perfect sacrifice for sin completely satisfies God's wrath upon them personally. Such a faith in Christ is one of entrusting the whole life to Jesus Christ as Lord and living a new spiritual life in the resurrection power of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible says such a person is born again, is indwelt by the Holy Spirit, and is a child of God.
Finances
Seed of Life is a not for profit organization relying completely upon God to supply through donations without solicitation. The finances of the organization are only used according to the goals of the organization and are not for the personal use of the members in any way whatsoever. A set of accounts showing all receipts and expenditure is kept at all times and audited as necessary according to government laws and regulations.
