The End Times
God has a definite plan of events for the end times of the world, some of which He has revealed to us in His Word. At the moment we live in "The Age of Grace" when man has the opportunity to respond to God's offer of salvation. At any time, this age could end as God starts His program for the end of the world. The major events of this plan are as follows:
• Signs of the End - general world events that show the end times are approaching.
• The Rapture - The first event in God's schedule, where all Christians, both dead and living, will be removed into God's presence.
• The Great Tribulation - a 7 year period in which God's wrath is poured out on the world.
• The Lord's Second Coming - to establish His kingdom on earth, which will last 1000 years (the Millennium)
• The Great White Throne judgement - all unbelievers are judged and condemned to Hell for eternity
• A "New Heaven and a New Earth"
